Mechanical Engineering Department started in the year 1997. The department has an excellent infrastructure and well-equipped laboratories. The department has produced many qualified engineer for the industry. For a mechanical Engineer, there are voluminous opportunities in Research & Development, design, production and maintenance in industries.

To develop within students excellent knowledge and skill to make them employable and also to promote the student for entreneurship and life-long learning.
